TAC Culture Journey
Our culture at The Answers Church is an extension of Heaven’s vision on earth. As a church, we have embarked on a purposeful journey to define and strengthen our culture by engaging leaders to gather insights, perspectives, and wisdom that will help shape our daily walk with Christ and our collective mission.
Defining culture within an organism such as the Church—a living body of believers—is an intentional step toward shaping how we serve, collaborate, grow, and impact lives together. Culture goes beyond policies, procedures, or slogans; it reflects the shared values, behaviors, attitudes, and mindsets that guide our decisions and actions every day.
This culture journey will help us gain a deeper understanding of what it means to serve within Maranatha Household World Ministries (MAHWOM) as a whole, and The Answers Church (TAC Dallas) in particular. It will also enable us to clearly define the values and behaviors that will guide our ministry into the future.
Through this process, we seek to ensure that our culture is consistently reflected in the way we worship, serve, communicate, lead, and relate to one another. Our desire is to cultivate a Christ-centered environment where excellence, spiritual growth, love, integrity, and purpose are evident in all that we do.
As we continue this journey together, we remain committed to building a culture that honors God, empowers people, and advances His Kingdom on earth.
